About Us McPherson Associates is a small, compact consulting firm founded in 2002 by the wife-husband team of Angel San Miguel and Sam McPherson. Under their leadership, almost a dozen technicians and professionals practicing a variety of skills have associated with the firm for specific projects. Based in Metropolitan Nashville TN, McPherson Associates is an MBWE qualified firm, with Ms. San Miguel serving as the managing partner and her husband as the operating officer. Ms. San Miguel has managed several business enterprises in the Nashville area, with customer/client relations her special talent. Her skill in organizing meetings and special events, attending to the details, has been appreciated by scores of major corporations and organizations -- even those with a staff of meeting planners. Her husband has a unique background, including ten years as a reporter/editor of a daily newspaper, six years as a national award-winning producer/director/news director of a major television network affiliate, followed by twenty-plus years as a top executive in Nashville's Metropolitan Government. He's the glue that binds the associates together in every project the firm takes on, and he gives his personal attention to every project. Other associates to the firm boast excellent skills in the creative arts, leading-edge technologies (including building security systems), intricate telecommunications systems or general business management. The big advantage to our clients is that we only employ their skills as needed, so there's no mountain of overhead that we must cover in our costing of any project. McPherson Associates performs strategic planning and creative communications for businesses striving to attain a reputation for excellent customer support. The firm finds communications gaps and fixes them by producing materials for training employees and reshaping public perception, using advanced technologies.
